Finance Manager

Finance Accounting Tax Manager (Mandarin Speaker) 1. Be responsible for the company’s daily accounting operations, including reviewing supporting documents, accounting vouchers, and financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance. 2. Supervise and manage the finance team’s work assignments, progress, and quality, and provide guidance to accountants, cashiers, and other finance staff in their daily work. 3. Organize the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement, and conduct financial analysis. 4. Be responsible for tax reporting, including VAT, corporate income tax, individual income tax, and other related taxes, as well as tax planning to reasonably reduce tax risks and costs. 5. Assist in establishing and improving financial management systems, internal control procedures, and financial approval authority to ensure the security of company funds. 6. Oversee the company’s fund management, including cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliations, and fund allocation. 7. Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documents and explaining relevant accounting treatments. 8. Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and monitor its implementation, analyze budget variances, and propose improvement measures. 9. Be responsible for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, including aging analysis, collection follow-up, and payment arrangements.
