物流清关运营岗/ Logistics & Customs Operations

岗位职责/Job Responsibilities 1、负责印尼进口订单的全流程跟踪与交付管理，确保订单按期交付、单证合规、异常闭环。 Manage the full process of import orders in Indonesia, from tracking to delivery, ensuring on-time delivery, compliant documentation, and closed-loop resolution of exceptions. 建立并完善货代、清关行等进口服务商信息台账，定期开展服务商评分与比价，输出淘汰/引入清单，推动清关综合成本或时效优化。 Build and maintain an information database for import service providers such as freight forwarders and customs brokers. Conduct regular provider scoring and price comparison, produce elimination/onboarding lists, and drive optimization of overall customs clearance cost or lead time. 负责三方仓（3PL）的出入库操作、对账开票及库存盘点管理，确保操作与账务准确率。 Manage inbound/outbound operations, reconciliation, invoicing, and stock counts for third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses, ensuring accuracy of operations and accounts. 建立仓储、物流服务商档案，完善报价、合同等资料，完成资源盘点与优化。 Build and maintain records for warehouse and logistics service providers, keep quotations, contracts, and other documents up to date, and complete resource review and optimization. 对接印尼本地银行、人行及行政部门，处理属地化业务所需的文件与事务。 Coordinate with local banks, Bank Indonesia, and government offices to handle documents and matters required for local operations. 整理核心合作国家及主力品类的政策资料（国家+品类+HS code），确保清关合规。 Compile policy information for key partner countries and main product categories (country + category + HS code) to ensure customs compliance.

任职要求/Job Requirements 1、大专及以上学历，国际贸易、物流管理、供应链管理等相关专业优先。 Diploma or above, preferably in International Trade, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. 2、2年以上印尼进口清关、物流仓储或跨境电商物流相关工作经验。 At least 2 years of work experience in Indonesia import customs clearance, logistics & warehousing, or cross-border e-commerce logistics. 3、熟悉印尼进口清关流程、政策法规及单证要求，了解关税计算及贸易合规知识。 Familiar with Indonesia's import customs clearance process, policies, regulations, and documentation requirements. Knowledge of ariff calculation, and trade compliance is required. 4、具备三方仓（3PL）管理经验，熟悉WMS/TMS/ERP等物流仓储系统。 Experience in managing third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses. Familiar with logistics and warehousing systems such as WMS, TMS, and ERP. 5、具备服务商管理经验，能独立完成服务商评分、比价及优化。 Experience in service provider management, with the ability to independently handle provider scoring, price comparison, and optimization. 6、沟通协调能力强，能高效对接货代、清关行、仓库及本地政府部门。 Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and local government offices. 7、具备基础的英文读写能力 Basic English reading and writing skills are required
